Highland Park Kitchen arrived on York Blvd in late February.  Now, the Highland Cafe, a hipper new getup stand-in for El Chapin’s uninspired interior, clad with bare Edison bulbs, exposed brick, and vintage furniture, joins the emerging foodie scene. THC serves an assortment of pastries, sandwiches, and coffee beverages brewed from Handsome Coffee Roasters beans. Open daily from 7AM to 6:30PM.
